Here, here brother! I'm actually geek enough to admit I own the soundtracks for Halo 1 and 2. In fact, I was disappointed with Halo 2 as it featured more music from bands than music score from the game. I think they just remedied that by releasing Vol. 2, but I haven't had the chance to pick it up yet. Well, I did, but I forgot the last time I was in Newbury Comics.

One thing that definitely stood out to me was the landscape that you saw close up. Looked really good. Another item, and I don't know that it means anything, is the gun he had looked more like the rifle from Halo than the one I grew to hate from Halo 2.

I am disappointed we'll have to wait four more months than previously expected, but I bet when it is spinning in the 360, all will be well... except for, you know... the destruction of Earth and all...

Of note - there is nothing pre-rendered in that trailer. It is made using the in-game graphics engine. That's pretty damn impressive.

You know what ties the experience together?

The music. It's phenomenal. I put the Halo themes up there with Metal Gear Solid and Zelda.
