		<description>Okay, but still stupid if they don&#039;t give you an e-mail for this status, but they do for things like sending you an empty box. Never mind that they also provided tracking numbers for to and fro of empty box and that box back to them. I have a feeling I&#039;ll be on the phone tonight to get the straight dope from some fool...</description>

		<description>Actually, that might be good news. I read a post where someone complained about the same thing - and 2 days later their box arrived at their home. I think MS needs to update their description to say something like &quot;Repaired and shipped&quot; but I have a feeling yours might be homeward bound.</description>
