If you would like us, your friends, to help you do something to better yourself, let us know we will support you, no matter the date. No one needs the changing of the calendar to become a better person. Everyday we should want to be better, not that we always do it, but when we want to be better we may the help of people close us, and for that just let people know and we can be there.
