The funny thing is - I remember watching the first episode and thinking it was strange how they just had the interns there and JD had the bear without much mention given to it. I thought they just started in mid-stream. When i saw last week's episode, I realized that we were seeing things out of order. Especially look at that first scene - where they all choose which intern will be their's for the year.

I didn't really notice that sticking out any more than usual with that stuff but you may be right. They very could have planned that as the start and then pushed it in favor of the Courteney Cox episodes to give it a star spotlight introduction for the season on a different network.

Scrubs - Was it just me, or did that first episode feel like it should have been the first one of the season. Like - they aired it out of order. They were being introduced to the orderlies. They kept talking about Kelso's replacement (not Dr. Cox's) and then everyone was noticing J.D.s beard for the first time. I think we were subject to a little bait and switch.

The Office - Just watched it last night. The opening sequence made me cry with laughter. Funniest damn thing I've seen in a long time and it just kept going. You had Oscar falling from the vents, the cat being tossed through the ceiling, and Kevin leveling the camera man. Awesome stuff!!!
