Shows are starting to wrap up and I am wrapping up shows. Reaper and Parks and Recreation were officially removed from my Media Center record series list. I skipped both again this week. RIP.

No Scrubs or Ted this week because of yet another Obama presser. Do something instead of talking about it. Did I just say that? I did vote for the guy and I think he has already had more pressers than little Bush. (We know why.)

Chuck: Well, if this was the end of this series, it went out well. That said, I hope this isn’t the end of this series. Things broke down pretty much like I thought last week. The wrinkle was Bryce really getting killed this time (we think). Didn’t really see that coming. Awesome and Ellie get hitched. Morgan goes off to Hawaii with Anna, hopefully to never be seen again. Sarah chooses Chuck over the CIA. Chuck gains the power of Kung-Fu. Good finale.

Big Bang Theory: Vegas Baby! Vegas! That was about all the excitement for those guys. The real story was Sheldon and Penny hanging out after Sheldon locks himself out of his apartment with Leonard away. Their relationship is still the best part about this show… aside from the geek humor of course.

How I Met Your Mother: Everyone knows the rule is three days. How do you get two Swingers references in two shows in a row on the same night with different producers? Marshall and Barney messing with Ted and Ted later messing back with them was pretty good. One of the stronger episodes of late.

My Boys: “Wicked as in Boston wicked or witch wicked?” Good Boo Boo line that one. Many other good lines in this one too as we got more of the dudes and less of the romance. Kickin it old school I guess. So true about burritos, right?

Lost: I didn’t have a lot to say this week over on The Ed Zone, but comments still there. Let’s go with Ellie this time. That filicide version of her at the end. Obviously.

Smallville: I like the call this episode “the one before the one in which Chloe dies.” I’d rather they kill that little bitch Jimmy Olsen, but they can’t do that when they have a long running character they created at the start of this show to still kill off. By my count, she’s the last one besides Clark really left standing. No idea if this show is coming back or not next year, but I like a Doomsday throwdown to end it.

The Office: I laughed out loud a lot and there were just too many good lines to even try and list. Highlights were Creed and Meredith. Oh, and Dwight with his urine based invisible ink. Um… gross.

30 Rock: Great, great episode. I even didn’t hate Jenna in this one because of that gibbon. Kenneth’s line about animal control getting involved as soon as it tried to have sex with an infant was probably his best line ever. Ever! A small appearance by Buscemi so how do you go wrong there? Finally, another satisfying Lemon and Tracy battle. That water cooler bit is so easy, but so damn funny. Admit it, anytime you have had to change one of those you have had the same fear. Dude or not.

Dollhouse: So, I guess whatever I read, EW‘s Ausiello I think, a bunch of weeks back was wrong, we hadn’t really seen Alpha yet. Sure, at the end of the first episode we got his back, but that was it. It didn’t turn out to be a character we’d really seen, which did make sense since everyone at the Dollhouse has seen Alpha before, except for other dolls except Echo. Anyway, the turn of the episode with the reveal was very good and Alan Tudyk, a Whedon fave from Firefly, did an excellent job in both roles. One of the best episodes yet and a good setup for next week, which I think is the season ender, and as Ed stated in last week’s comments, likely series ender.

Lastly, sorry for the delay in getting this out. I had to catch up on four shows tonight to finish this off. Work has been a real time suck recently but that ended pretty much yesterday… at least for a couple weeks.
